Visitors and members may parallel park anywhere in front or side of the church building or across the street anytime with respect
to handicap parking spaces. There is additional handicap parking allowed in the driveway in front of the chapel between the
church and church office.
The laundromat parking lot next to the church is also available. We do
ask for the spaces nearest the laundromat building be left available for their customers.
We do offer 'Sunday School' for all ages beginning at 9 am. We recommend getting here at least 10-15 minutes prior, to give
yourself ample time to find the right class for your children or yourself. That would also apply to any of our other services.
We welcome you to come as you are and enjoy the word of God.
There is coffee and doughnuts in the fellowship
hall from 9 am till the beginning of the service, 10 am. Any usher will be more than willing to show you the way,
just ask.
Bulletins are found in the 'narthex', the entrance/ lobby of our church. Inside you will find helpful information to guide
you through our traditional service. There is also a tear out 'communication card' you can fill out and place
in the offering plate. One of the speakers or the pastor himself will inform everyone on its purpose during every service.
San Benito FUMC is fortunate enough to have a stand alone prayer chapel between the church building and the church office. It
is a reverent, peaceful place to come and kneel in prayer. Currently the chapel is open from 8 am to 12pm, Mon-Fri and
8 am to 1 pm, Sundays. You do not need to be a member of the church to pray in our chapel.
When you arrive, look for a greeter or usher, they will be looking for you. Don't worry about what you're wearing...just come
on over, our doors are open to everyone. If this is your first time in a church, the first time in a longtime, or you're
just looking for a new church...it doesn't matter. Here is some helpful information to give you a little head start.
