Use this form for communicating any prayer requests, praise reports, or stories with us.
Prayer Requests:
Leave a prayer
request for ANYONE. Your request will be included in the church Prayer and Praise Journal and lifted up in prayer during worship and
by the Prayer Chain Team.
Praise Reports:
We would love to hear how God has moved in your life or in the life of someone you know! The
Praises will also be included in the Prayer and Praise Journal.
Share Your Story:
The road to Christ is hardly ever
the same for any two people. We would like to know how God came into your life or how your journey came to be. You never know how
and when your story may touch someone in a special 'God thing' type of way
Announcements:
If you have an announcement you
would like to share with the church and have listed in the printed bulletin insert Sunday mornings, please use this form also. For
example, a bible study starting up, an upcoming meeting or event, a birthday or anniversary, etc.
